Return and Refund Policy

 Once confirmed, your donation is a voluntary contribution to our non-profit organization. Generally, non-profits do not refund donations due to the difficulties with tax receipting. Therefore, this organization does not issue refunds to donors for tax deductible contribution reasons.

Some exceptions can be made, but not limited to system or human processing error. For any reason you experience an error, please feel free to contact us immediately.
